What is interconnection of graphs?

Selecting Subgraphs for Bridging Interest Nodes Based on Random Walks @ jason

In recent years, people on social media tend to see content that only talks about the things they care about. This is called the “echo chamber,” and it’s a problem that people are worried about. So, to keep growing the areas we’re interested in, we’re studying ways to naturally guide users to different interest areas through a bridge structure that connects communities with similar interests.

Directional Community Detection Based on Node Distances in Multi-Platform Graphs @ clara

When you put different graphs together based on different backgrounds, including common nodes across graphs within the same community, you can find new information and use applications like recommendation systems. However, it’s not easy to find these communities when the graph structures are different. This research focuses on developing a method for detecting communities in graphs. The method should be able to include common nodes across graphs within the same community, regardless of differences in graph structure.
